The Man behind the Prize
Bill Webber was a storyteller all his life and a master storyteller, at that. He grew up in Illinois and majored in speech in college. He was 4th of 6 children who all loved music and tall tales. As a dad, he delighted his children's friends by telling stories according to Bertram, who lived under the car seat. As a pastor, he told stories every week and everyone who knew him could repeat one or two. As a bestselling author, he captivated readers with true-to-life accounts.
He would love this contest.
